Crystal Scott, CPWA

Founder & Creator

As the founder and creator of the Accessibility Book Club, I bring my expertise as a Web Accessibility Engineer and Webflow expert to every project I undertake. I specialize in building fully accessible, visually engaging websites that conform to WCAG 2.2 AA standards, delivering intuitive and inclusive digital experiences through my deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA.

I am also the proud owner of Graceful Web Studio, where I build and maintain accessible and inclusive Webflow websites that are beautiful, high-performing, and designed for everyone—helping businesses grow, connect, and bloom with grace.

My passion for accessibility and lifelong learning has driven me to create spaces that foster meaningful conversations about inclusive design and accessibility. As a certified IAAP (CPWA) professional and a Bachelor of Arts candidate in Graphic Design and Media Arts with a focus on Web Design at Southern New Hampshire University, I blend technical precision with creative innovation to make digital spaces welcoming for all.

Jon Farrell, CPWA

Community Manager

As a web developer with over a decade of experience and an IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility, I have helped create, adapt, and test a wide range of accessible web products in collaboration with developers, designers, and users with disabilities. I believe that the root cause of most accessibility issues for digital products stems from a lack of awareness and that, given a choice, most people would want to produce inclusive products. Because of this, I am passionate about educating others on understanding accessibility standards and giving practical advice on how to meet these standards.
