The Accessibility Book Club invites you to a live Author Q&A with Regine Gilbert, author of Inclusive Design for a Digital World.
This interactive event will explore how inclusive design shapes digital systems, products, and tools when accessibility is considered from the beginning, not added as an afterthought. The conversation will move beyond compliance checklists to focus on lived experience, design responsibility, and the real-world impact of accessibility decisions.
Hosted by Ricky Onsman, the session will feature guided discussion with Accessibility Book Club leadership, followed by open audience Q&A. Topics will include inclusive design as a mindset, accessibility and usability, emerging technologies such as AI, and how everyday design choices can either remove barriers or create them.
This event is designed to be welcoming, thoughtful, and practical, whether you are new to accessibility or deeply embedded in the work.
