Join us for a special live Q&A session with Disability Is Human author Dr. Stephanie W. Cawthon, PhD, as we close out our October reading and prepare for the October Book Club discussion! We will have ASL interpreters joining us as well.

Dr. Cawthon will share insights from her book, Disability Is Human: The Vital Power of Accessibility in Everyday Life, and reflect on her journey as an educator, researcher, and advocate for disability inclusion.

We’ll explore key themes from the book — from accessibility and ableism to the human experience of disability — and invite participants to engage directly with the author.
